They seek review of the judgment by writ of error in case No. 18,641 in this Court. Huey and Christensen also bring error to review of portions of the same judgment by writ of error in No. 18,702. The two writs of error have been consolidated and Huey and Christensen will be here referred to as plaintiffs and Landauer and Smith as defendants, as they appeared in the trial court.
